He diagnosed our existing tank water heater, informed us of its issues, provided several options with pros, cons, and recommendations. I selected to go with a new tank less water heater and requested it be relocated to a lower floor of the house. Al examined the lower floor and gave us recommendations of which areas would be appropriate. We ended up selecting an area which was more difficult to place the device (opposite end of the house). No complaint from Al, he had a can do attitude even though it required him to relocate some of the existing plumbing and add new lines to accommodate our request. His routing and securing of the pipes and fixtures was very uniformed and left the area with a very polished appearance. Since the job required removing the existing water heater, Al removed the old tank and fixtures leaving us with a closet we could repurpose. He removed the old tank and took it to the recyclers, he also removed all the old piping leaving us with none of the hassle associated with disposing of old fixtures. During the job, Al insured the house water/gas remained on as much as possible to avoid inconveniencing the family. When his installation was complete, he tested all faucets, water and gas lines. At the conclusion, he walked me through his work, explaining each of the lines and routes, the operational aspects of the device and future suggested maintenance. We were also supplied with the manuals/product warranty registration materials. To sum it up, the job was performed very professionally and exceeded our expectations. I feel very comfortable recommending Al. I think you"ll like him as well, he"s a no pressure kind of guy, very personable and accommodating. We now don’t have to wait 3 minutes for our water to heat up! Al completed this job within one week of our initial inquiry about our hot water issue.
